The Platinum Programme is devised for technology companies that are 100% committed to developing a system that delivers the right leads, at the right rate, consistently. It is aimed at technology companies who understand that consistent sales results are fed by consistent, sophisticated lead generation campaigns.

The programme includes a large number of free marketing activities that TSL brings to the partnership to ensure success for our client, including a quarterly analysis of the data with recommendations for improvements. It also includes a Service Level Guarantee so that our clients can be sure that TSL will take a financial "hit" if promised results are not delivered.

In return, the client makes a commitment to TSL for a one quarter notice period on the contract, and that both marketing and sales will provide timely feedback on leads to ensure success.

The Platinum Programme is intended to run for at least one year (although clients may opt out at any time with one quarters notice), with each successive quarter seeing improvements in lead quality, lead handover, and often lead quantity.
