The teams dedicated to driving your sales productivity are made up of different groups, as follows:

The Data Team

  • Data Researcher — identifies TSL and 3rd party lists that may help your project.
  • Data Manager — IT specialist that tailors the CRM system to your project needs and builds the necessary analytics.
  • Data Builder — implements telephone and web based research to identify the names and titles you need to target to generate leads.

The Lead Generation Team

  • Senior telemarketing staff holding peer-to-peer sales conversations with executives to uncover sales opportunities for your solutions.
  • Usually college educated, often in IT or Business degrees.
  • Usually at least three years business experience.
  • Highly professional telephone manner, both for prospecting and interacting with your sales people.

The Project Management Team

  • Project Manager — your day-to-day single point of contact.
  • Manages the entire process of your project.
  • Works with the Operations Manager and Data Manager to analyse your data against industry benchmarks and make recommendations for improving sales productivity.
